2024: Cruising on the Magnificent Mile. Taken on Michigan Ave north of Chicago Ave. in Chicago.

I took a walk from the Drake Hotel where the Healing Our Waters Conference was being held – and took some photos of this very windy day. However, they couldn't beat this one. At least one of them was wearing a helmet!

2020: Mushrooms Everywhere. Taken on the Platte River trail around Bass Lake in Sleeping Bear Dunes National Lakeshore in Benzie County, MI. We found mushrooms on all of our hikes and I took photos of dozens of kinds. We had more photos yesterday, but had another photo to post then but there were more mushrooms today.
2018: Never Forget. Taken on Lincoln Ave between Irving Park and Montrose in Chicago
2016: No doubt a 32BJ Member. Taken on 5th Ave. just south of 26th Street in New York City, NY. For the best shot of the day, I never managed to lift my camera. I was in NYC and it was dark and rainy and I was on my way back to the hotel because I was running late to get to the office. As I turned the corner onto 26th St. where my hotel was located, a motorized wheelchair whipped around the corner. Driving it was a middle aged, African American woman, but standing where you put your feet was a 3 or 4 year old boy. They nearly hit me, but the boy had just a look of joy on his face and the woman had a big smile. I am sure that she was driving fast for him. It all happened too fast -- but I recorded it without my camera.
