2024: Environmental Justice in Little Village. Taken at 31St and S Albany in Chicago.

Healing Our Waters is a coalition of advocates working to restore and protect the Great Lakes. They hold a conference each year which moves to different cities in the region. This year it was here in Chicago. One of the best things about the Conference is the field trips. Little Village Environmental Justice Organization (LVEJO) led this tour and described the community's fight for clean and safe air and water, clean power, public transit, and access to green spaces.

2020: Farmer for Biden. Taken on M72 between Traverse City and Cedar Rd. Four years ago when I went to Leelanau County in October I as taken aback by all the Trump signs. This time I am prepared for them. And they are here -- flags and signs. But now as many as four years ago, and there are more Biden signs than there were Hillary then. This was my favorite.
