2024: Apple Cider Time. Taken at the Dexter Cider Mill on Central St. in Dexter, MI

One of the fun, optional activities during our retreat was a stop at the Dexter Cider Mill. Of course, I had to make the stop, and I got this photo.

2020: Masked on the bus. Taken on Pulaski just north of Irving Park in Chicago. haven’t been on public transportation since everything shutdown on March. I am priviledged that I have a car and don’t have to take public transportation so it is not worth the risk, and it is safer for those who do need to take public transportation if people like me don’t ride. So the closest I get is to look up at the buses as they drive by.
2018: Writing postcards can be fun. Taken at Gideon Welles Bar on Lincoln just north of Montrose in Chicago. Tonight was one of the weekly postcard parties -- most of which have been held at the Gideon Welles Bar in Lincoln Square. When groups come and have a drink writing postcards reminding people to vote is fun.

2012: The 81 bus in the morning. Taken on the Lawrence Ave 81 bus between Hamlin Ave and the Kimball El Stop.
