2020: Training for defend the election. Taken in Ping Tom Park in Chinatown just south of 18th St and east of the River in Chicago. While we are working hard to win the election, we are also preparing to defend the election and our democracy and to protect the results. I don’t doubt for a minute that Trump will act to declare victory while votes are still being counted -- and that he will take action to stop counting if he thinks he can get away with it. So we are working with dozens of other organizations in Chicago to engage in protests and if necessary civil disobedience. Today about 90 of us met outdoors to train.2018: Grand opening.
