I am happy to report that it was a squirrel who is eating the pumpkin. Mony took photos of it in action – but despite my efforts the squirrel just sat in the curb lawn eating seeds. I only had a limited amount of time and patience.

2018: Good food, beer and postcards. Taken at Gideon Welles on Lincoln at Sunnyside. This was one of the final Postcard Parties for Indivisible Chicago. We put stamps on 12,000 postcards to remind people to vote -- and we had a good time doing it.
