2024: Sometimes You Have to Laugh. Taken at the Greendale Community Church on Clover Ln in Greendale, WI.

Today Indivisible Chicago partnered with the Wisconsin Working Families Party to canvass for Kamala Harris. There were about a hundred of us there from Chicago. It is crazy that we have to drive to Michigan and Wisconsin to have an impact on this election since it doesn't matter how many people in Chicago vote for Harris, but that is what we are doing. Canvassing is something that I have to make myself do – and I drove to Milwaukee alone and worried about the election all the way. But as usually is the case, once I got there and felt the energy and start knocking on doors, I started to feel better. And despite the Trumper who screamed at me to say that I was brainwashed and that Kamala was a whore and liar and I don't know what else, I had a pretty good day in a pretty purple area. I even met someone who was being paid to canvass for the Republicans who assured me that he was not leaving any of the lit and was voting for Harris. It is always good to "do something," and sometimes you do have to laugh.

2020: Porch repair. Taken on Oak Park Ave. north of Jackson in Oak Park, IL.
2018: Is it a ghost? or just a towel on a fence? Taken on Leland just east of Lincoln in Chicago. I think I am voting for just a towel on a fence -- but this time of year, you never know.
2016: A photo of me? Taken on Wabash and Roosevelt in Chicago.
2012:Drumming for Justice For Janitors. Taken at a Kaiser facility in Denver, CO. PS. This photo was taken on 10/18, and the one posted on 10/18 was actually taken on 10/19. The mistake was made back in 2012 when I failed to post any photo from the 18th. But since all photos are saved -- I went back and picked a photo from the missing day.
