I was on zoom calls all day and then activist call all evening. I thought I had about 30 minutes for a walk. So I started walking up Lincoln and didn't get more than four blocks when I remember I had a deadline for submitting my timecard for work and had to rush back to meet it. This was one of only a few photos I took in that short time.
2020:Victory and on to Offense. Taken at Union Park at Ashland and Randolph in Chicago. On election night in 2018 when the Blue Wave flipped the House and our efforts contributed to Democratic wins in IL6 and IL14, I took a photo of Jason celebrating. Jason is a co-founder of Indivisible Chicago and I so admire everything he is able to do with 3 kids and a full time job. So it is fitting that Jason represented Indivisible at the Rally today and that I am posting his photo here. Our rally was set to defend the election and look to the future, but we did have to celebrate a bit too.2018:Getting Cold. Taken on Lawrence and Kimball in Chicago2016: Behind the bankers. Taken from the 3rd Avenue bridge in Cedar Rapids, Iowa2012:Reading a cell phone inside and outside. Taken at the corner of Broadway and School Streets.
