2024: Document Me. Taken on 18th Street east of Ashland in Chicago.

We went to Pilsen for lunch with friends and then took a walk. It was gray as most days seem to be these days, and for a Saturday, there didn't seem to be too many people out and about. Despite all the gentrification in Pilsen, parts of it still have the feel of the Mexican immigrant community that it has long been.

2020: An Urban Tree. Taken at Inner Lake Shore Drive just south of Belmont in Chicago. We were out delivering tamales tonight.
2018: Happier Skippy! Taken on Shetland Trail in Leelanau, MI. Skylar (AKA Skippy) looks nothing like the dog trying to hide behind Julia for safety on the way up to Michigan (see the photo for November 21st).
