2020: What Passes for Excitement These Days. Taken on the Home Ave. bridge over the Eisenhower Expressway in Oak Park, IL. There was an accident on the Eisenhower Expressway causing a rare backlog of traffic -- and that was enough to bring people out to watch, but not everyone was exercising social distancing or wearing a face mask.
