I guess there are others who can get some birds to eat from their hand at the Montrose Bird Sactuary – but I don't think that there are many who can get chickadees, red winged blackbirds and cardinals to eat – sometimes on the same day. (We are still working on the nuthatch who was tempted once.) Even the ducks follow Mony around the bird sanctuary. When this cardinal came today, it must have been there for minutes. It was magical for all of us – I like to think even for the cardinal.
