While most of were waiting for the bus and tracking how close it was on our phones, she was having a wonderful time dancing around the statue of Abraham Lincoln. 2016: These traffic circles are so confusing. Taken at Dupont Circle in Washington DC. I guess they could have been looking at their phones for any of a number of reasons, but I would put my money on their trying to figure out exactly which direction they were supposed to be going.2012:Over a shoulder.
