2024: Ice Cream at Scooters. Taken at Scooters on Belmon and Paulina.

We missed the opening of Scooters last weekend when we were in Michigan. So we made our first visit of 2024 today - a sure sign of spring.

2020: Busy crossing. Taken in West Lawn Park at 66th Street just east of Cicero in Chicago. We were canvassing in the West Lawn neighborhood for Marie Newman. As we were passing an early voting site in the Park, kids were riding their bike on an warm, early spring day, and a food cart was passing.
2018: Hanging a billboard. Taken on Lawrence just east of Hamlin in Chicago. This wall contains billboards that change all of the time. Sometimes advertisements for movies or music. Today as I was walking home two guys were hanging a new billboard. Just after I took this he broke into a big smile.
