It was cold and windy with some rain and even some snow, but we still wanted to see if we could find any birds. There are a group of ponds that were on e-bird, so we tried there. We were rewarded with a pair of Hooded Mergansers and a Snow Goose, among many Mallards, Canadian Geese, and Ring Billed Gulls. We were too far away to get any photos but here are some of the geese in flight – and I believe the Snow Goose may be one of them!
