Since we missed our usual Piping Plover monitoring shift on Friday – we picked up a shift today. Being at the beach to watch the Plovers is a perfect opportunity for other photos like this one.

2020: Running in the rain. Taken on Montrose between Pulaski and Keeler in Chicago. This isn’t a protest photo. First time in six days.

2018: Saturday evening in Albany Park. Taken on Lawrence between Central Park and Pulaski in Chicago. The biggest change in Albany Park during the fourteen years I have lived here is the increasing number of Arabs and Muslims who make their home here.
