2024: Focused Writing. Taken along the Riverwalk near Wacker and Clark in Chicago.

Mony had an event to attend, so I took advantage of a walk downtown with my camera. It was hot and there were a lot of people out. So today I had some photos to choose from - including this one from different angles.

2020: Black Lives Matter in Forest Park Too. Taken on the Circle Ave. Bridge over the Eisenhower Expressway in Park Forest in Forest Park, IL. Groups in Forest Park organized a rally on the Circle Ave. Bridge and many in the community turned out.
2018: Children like this. Taken at the Kimball EL Stop at Kimball and Lawrence in Chicago. I was in a hurry and late for meeting when I arrived at the EL stop. This girl was sitting here while her mother sold things to people coming and going from the train. She was beautiful sitting there, but I didn’t lift my camera. She looked so vulnerable, and there is so much that families and children like this girl live in fear over. She looked so vulnerable sitting there. What is wrong with our country when girls like this live in fear that our government will rip them from there parents and kids on the south side live in fear of both guns and the police.
2016: Sharing a bench. Taken on Lincoln Ave in front of the Sulzer Library just north of Montrose. I have walked past this bench and taken a few photos before -- but this time this man was sitting their having a soda. I walked past taking a few shots without lifting my camera then decided it was too good to miss and walked back to get this photo.
2012: Moving the boats. Taken at Raystown Lake near Huntington PA
