2024: Let's Win This. Taken at Replay on Halsted just north of Roscoe in Chicago.

It only took a week for the LGBTQ+ community to organize a fundraiser for VP Kamala Harris, and of course, we were there! I never forget my camera. However, there are times, unfortunately like today, when I do forget to put the battery back in the camera after charging it! I am supposed to always carry my spare battery – but it was in the wrong bag. So this is the photo that I took with my iphone. That is always a last resort for me – but the other photos that I took were from the airport and were not nearly this much fun. You will have to ask the Replay bar about the moose as it is a permanent fixture, and the campaign had no responsiblity for it. PS. For anyone still hanging in there and thinking why am I seeing photos from a month ago – that's what happens when I go on vacation for two weeks, we have the DNC in Chicago, and then I get COVID. I am doing my very best to catch up before the wild rush to Election Day!!!

2020: Meeting on the street. Taken on State Street between Ida B. Wells and Roosevelt in Chicago. These firefighters were doing their meeting on the street, although not quite six feet apart and mostly with masks pulled down.
2018: Franklin Boro. Taken on Main Street in Franklin Boro in Johnstown, PA. There were not many people out when I took photos on Main Street in Franklin. Every trip there seem to be more vacant lots and buildings in bad shape, with a handful that look nice. This is Dick McNulty who has long lived in Franklin and seen it when it was bustling and what it is now. Of course he knows my parents -- it is a small town.
