2024: Not Intersted in the Photo. Taken on Lawrence Ave. near California in Chicago.

They caught my eye as they walked toward me on Lawrence Ave. on their way to the live poultry market. She was all animated. However, when dad saw me and my camera, he brightened up and tried to get her to smile for the camera. She did the opposite and this was the photo.

2020: Waiting with a friend for ice cream. Taken on Oak Park Ave. just south of Garfield in Oak Park, IL. Almost any evening there is a line on Oak Park Ave. where people wait for soft serve that Hole in the Wall - and those waits are now 6 feet apart. They were in front of us in line.
