Breweries and bars are a favorite meeting place as we plan our 2024 political work. There are sure to be many more photos from these meetings this year.

2018: Concentrating on Sushi. Taken at Momotaro on Lake just west of Halsted in Chicago
2016: Fragile. Taken on Wabash between Balbo and 8th Street. I was on my way back to the car and there was this small area that wasn’t really a park because it was all gravel, but there were some raised beds for a community garden. Gardens are not so great to take photos of in January -- so I started to walk towards my car and then I saw this. Obviously temporary, and “fragile”, as much of Chicago feels these days. As I was talking photos a guy walked by and said that he had never seen that till he saw me taking the photos even though he walks by there all the time.
