2024: Stones on the Pacific Beach. Taken at the ocean just south of Encinitas, California

There were a lot of photos to choose from today, but I decided that I couldn't pass up a photo of this Pacific beach. There had been a "king tide" recently that had brought so many stones up on the beaches and the parking lots. Some were still littering the beaches and as the waves came in and moved out the stones would rub against each other and make the coolest sound. No sound here, just the photo.

2020: Its Postcards Again. Taken at Gideon Wells on Lincoln at Sunnyside in Chicago. This probably will not be the last photo taken at one of Indivisible Chicago’s postcard parties. We get a lot of post cards done sending them to voters in Wisconsin -- but it is a fun time too (the party component). But she was all business.
2018: Sunday delivery. Taken on Lawrence near Central Park in Chicago. Took a walk in Albany Park and realized how out of practice I am in my street photography. It really is something that I am better at when I do it all of time. And I see the most when I am focusing on what is in front of me and don’t have my mind thinking about other things, which I can’t do right now. But I did see this. More and more you see people in cars or rented vans making deliveries, instead of Fed Ex, UPS and the USPS. As soon as I took this she started laughing.
2016: Servicing the Hotel. Taken at the Doubletree Hotel near Universal Studios in Orlando, FL. So it is really hard talking photos when you can never get out of the hotel during a Board meeting.
2012: Football in the snow. Taken on Argyle between Hamlin and Central Park
