Humboldt Park

Humboldt Park
Between the Cars. There are so many cool murals in many neighborhoods of Chicago including Humboldt Park. The parked cars helped frame this one for me.

I am working on some new posts with photos from earlier this year and last, as I try to reconnect with my photography. In the meantime here are some photos from earlier this week. Paul and I went to the Humboldt Park neighborhood on June 22nd to explore with our cameras.

See If You Can Find the Ducks. Mom was leading her four almost adult ducklings through the lily pads.
Red Doors. We never did figure out why these red doors and the door knobs were on display in what otherwise appeared to be an apartment building.
Instructions with the Order. Taken at Cafe Colao on Division where we enjoyed a pastry and iced cafe.
Paul Capturing a Shot. It is so much fun going out and taking photos with someone else. We see different things -- and sometimes the same thing catches our eye but we capture it in a different way, like here.
