2024: Planning a Party! Taken at the Chicago Hilton on Michigan Ave. and Balbo in Chicago.

I took this photo as the Equality Illinois staff huddled before the beginning of the Gala. It looks like a scene from The Godfather where they are planning a hit. Instead, the are planning a fabulous party! The Gala is a wonderful place to take photos – but I put my camera away shortly after taking this and had a spectcular time! Mony of course is the one who sparkles in this photo, and to me she was the star of the show. Since I make the rules for this blog, find another photo of Mony sparkling from the stage during rehearsal.

2020: Melody Angel on stage. Taken at the True Blue Revue at the Athenaeum Theater at Southport and Wellington in Chicago, IL. Indivisible Chicago sponsored the True Blue Revue to entertain and inspire the volunteers who will be taking action to win in November and defeat Trump. Melody Angel is a wonderful blues singer who has repeatedly volunteered her time with Indivisible Chicago to have art support activism.
2018: Waiting for the bus. Taken on Kedzie at Montrose in Chicago. I couldn’t spend the first day off work just sitting and reading,even thought it was a Saturday and I had been at an all night softball tournament. So it was out for a walk in my neighborhood.

2012: Riding the Bus. Taken on the #81 Lawrence bus between Hamlin and Kimball in Chicago
