2024: Resistance in Barcelona Too. Taken on the Rambla del Raval in Barcelona.

First day in Barcelona. Shortly after arriving and finding our place, we walked along the Rambla del Ravel on our way to dinner. It was fitting that one of the first things we saw was this Palestinian protest.

2020: Ice and water. Taken along Good Harbor Bay just north of Bohemian Road in Sleeping Bear Dunes National Lakeshore in Leelanau, MI. There is no ice on the Lake, but where there were waves and some structure close enough to the water, there were ice formations like this one.
2018:Dream Act Now. Taken at the ICIRR Summitt at Malcolm X College on Jackson just east of Damen in Chicago. Hard to get inside photos when the light was low, there was auditorium seating, and I was just recovering -- but here everyone demonstrated their commitment to passing a Dream Act Now.
2016:We need our coffee. Taken at LAX Airport in Los Angeles, CA. It was a little after 5am at LAX Airport and everyone was waiting for the coffee place to open. I took a bunch of photos while lots of people came up to ask when they were opening. It was always in 10 minutes. 20 minutes later I had to leave too -- without coffee.
