This photo wasn't quite taken on Earth Day, April 22nd. It was taken on Friday instead, when it was beautiful out. We were out to look for birds – and especially for an avocet, which we found. To fight to preserve our planet – we first must love it and enjoy being in nature. So, this photo celebrates Earth Day, a day early. Look for a future post soon with photos on how we fight.
