Equality Illinois held a Forum on Keeping Sex Workers Safe as they prepare to introduce a a bill in January to decriminalize sex work between consenting adults. Mony was joined on the panel by Reyna Ortiz, a former sex worker who now works at Task Force Prevention and Community Services and is a board member of Equality Illinois. Rayna tells how she went "from sex work to social work." She is a great advocate and activist.

2020: Crazy morning light. Taken on the Kennedy Expressway near Madison in Chicago. The moisture in the air and the angle of the light made for this view -- even though I had to take it from the car. At least this time, I was not driving.
