December 21

Liam took Mony and me on an adventure since it is almost Christmas and we have not yet ridden either the Holiday Train nor the Holiday Bus! So today we did both. We joined a lot of others at the Wilson Red line stop to take the Holiday Train downtown to Lake Street where we had to wait only a few minutes to catch the Holiday Bus to Navy Pier. So I had lots of photos today and several ones that I could have posted here. As we arrived at Navy Pier, we got off the bus and watched as others exited. The driver was carefully helping several kids get off the bus, and then this older woman, who have him this hug and told him how very proud she was of him. At that point I realized that a number of the passengers must have been members of his family, which was confirmed when I saw them having in lunch at McDonalds at Navy Pier before the bus did its return route.
