At locations of labor disputes usually at constructions sites, there is often an inflatable rat that unions put out. However, this is the first time that I have seen this fat cat holding his bag of money in one hand and a worker in the other. There was no picket line or any signs, so I don't no if it was a protest of non-union labor at the site or the development itself. Either way – we can be sure that there are fat cats making lots of money, and that neither the community nor the workers will benefit the same way.
