2024: Fat Cat. Taken on Fullerton west of Clark in Chicago.

At locations of labor disputes usually at constructions sites, there is often an inflatable rat that unions put out. However, this is the first time that I have seen this fat cat holding his bag of money in one hand and a worker in the other. There was no picket line or any signs, so I don't no if it was a protest of non-union labor at the site or the development itself. Either way – we can be sure that there are fat cats making lots of money, and that neither the community nor the workers will benefit the same way.

2020: So many questions. Take on 18th Street between the Chicago River and the Ran Ryan Expressway in Chicago. I was walking around Cermak and 18th Street and the River and came across this posted on a street light pole. I wondered who she was? Who posted? Why? How long ago? And what does it say to me?
2018: Birdwatching. Taken at Montrose Beach in Chicago.
2016: Women Have to work twice as hard to stay ahead. Taken on M Street just west of 18th Street in Washington DC
2012: The simple things needed to make airport workers safer. Taken at an SEIU meeting at the Omni Hotel on Calvert St. in Washington DC
