2024: Postcards at Whiskey Girl. Taken at Whiskey Girl on Clark south of Devon in Chicago.

I made it out with my mask since I am past five days and feeling better. We have branched out from Gideon Wells with our postcard parties, and had about 40 folks join us at Whiskey Girl.

2020: Taken on Hamlin between Ainslie and Argyle in Chicago. We are getting ready for painters -- so all the books are off the shelves and stacked on the floor -- and the cats are exploring.
2018: Fruit Shopping. Taken on Kedzie between Argyle and Lawrence in Chicago. They are one of the regulars -- always there in the same spot.
2016: Making a video. Taken at Montrose beach in Chicago. It was such a surreal day at Montrose Beach. It was hot and very humid -- but the wind had been out of the west the past few days -- blowing all the warm water out and bringing the cold water into the beach. So the morning started out foggy, but by the time we paddled from Leone down to Montrose, out to the crib and back to the beach, the fog had lifted off of the lake -- but the beach itself was steaming. It looked like a sand storm from the water -- but there was no wind it was just the steam lifting off of the sand. However, I don’t think that is what he was making a video about -- he was recording someone on a SUP.
