2024: Under the EL. Taken at Lincoln Ave just south of Leland in Chicago.

We are back in Chicago – and nothing is more Chicago than a crew painting under the EL Tracks on a Sunday afternoon.

2020: Bouncer at a bookstore. Taken on Broadway between Melrose and Aldine in Chicago. In these days of fewer jobs, there is a new one at the bookstore. Unabridged Books limits capacity like most responsible retailers. To do that, they post an employee at the door with a counter.
2018: Fishtown. Taken in Fishtown in Leland, Michigan. I managed to take this when we returned to Leland to do a little shopping. I took my camera earlier,only to learn that the battery was being charged back at the house. I feel naked without a camera these days. 
2016: Flowers on the Train. Taken on the Brown line train between Lake Street and Belmont.
2012: This is a very sweet melon. Taken at the Evanston Farmers Market.
