2024: New Friends. Taken at Cheers Farm and Equestrian in Rainier, WA.

The first stop on our vacation was to visit Cheers Farm and Equestrian near Rainier, Washington. The farm is run by Kyrany and Alex. Kyrany is the daughter of our friend Kim – and that was the connection. We took the train from Portland to Olympia and Kim picked us up and took us to the farm. There are twin yurts there – and we had one to stay in. There are beautiful horses, a minature horse, a donkey named Ellie, four goats, three dogs and two cats (if I counted right). Here some of them are getting to know Mony. They also grow organic vegtables which they sell at a farmers market and through a CSA. Kim goes there every Friday to help with the harvest. Needless to say I have many photos.
