We made a sudden trip to Aguascalientes, Mexico to see Mony's father who was hospitalized. Since I didn't even take my camera out at the airports – the photo is from our visit.
2020: Towards the sky. Taken from the Kennedy Expressway between Randolph and Jackson in Chicago. This is a new building that is just west of the Kennedy downtown. There are no straight sides and on the warm day today there are windows open. 2018: Folding the Flag. Taken on Adams between Wabash and Michigan Ave in Chicago. One of those days when I just didn’t see good photos. It was probably me, but I have no idea why since I was having a reasonably good day and was not in any hurry. Maybe it is having my bigger camera which I am not used to carrying for street photos anymore. Or maybe it is because it is gray and 38 degrees in April and everyone is walking quickly with their heads down or glued to their phones! But these guys had to be out taking in the Chicago flag.2016: Happy Foods. Taken on Devon and Central in Chicago. It was a rainy miserable day and I found myself in Edgebrook getting my hair cut without much to photograph. When that happens I try to think what would I see if I were not here all the time - and there was Happy Foods. I would take a photo of that in any other city if I came across it. So here it is.2012: The River can look so beautiful. Taken on Lawrence Ave. at the Chicago River.
